Over the past 20 years, Julielyn has played executive leadership roles for a variety of organizations across the country that are committed to positive change at the state and national levels on issues that Julielyn cares deeply about. In serving the missions of those organizations, she became a highly respected leader in policy advocacy, electoral strategy, and coalition leadership. 

Julielyn excels in developing curricula, leading trainings, and coordinating coalitions. Her work has included designing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies – and facilitating internal teams, large workshops, and other events – for state and federal agencies, advocacy groups, community-based and grassroots organizations, equity-advisory councils, and the public. She is skilled in deploying both in-person and virtual collaboration technologies.

An experienced hiker and swimmer, Julielyn enjoys spending time outside with her dog, Ruthie Bader. She lives in Metro Detroit.
