5 Lakes Energy worked with the Erb Institute at UM, Pew Charitable Trusts, Michigan Energy Innovation Business Council, the Institute for Energy Innovation, Growth Capital Network and NextEnergy to put on a conference in Ann Arbor last week entitled, “How will ‘Disruptive Challenges’ in the Electric Markets Impact Michigan’s Energy Decisions?”.  It was well-attended and featured as keynotes Phyllis Cuttino of Pew’s Clean Energy Program, Janet Peace of C2ES, and Ron Binz, former chair of the CO Public Utility Commission and freshly minted nominee for the Chair of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
